Quad Extended Graphics Array, or QXGA, is a display resolution standard with a 4:3 aspect ratio that measures 2048 x 1536 pixels; four times that of XGA (eXtended Graphics Array). QXGA display monitors are available in CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) and LCD (Liquid-Crystal Display) form from various manufacturers and used with iPads starting with the 3rd-generation models.
