How to use the Shift+F4 keyboard shortcut

To use this keyboard shortcut, press and hold either Shift, and while continuing to hold, press the F4 key.

Shift+F4 in Microsoft Excel

In Microsoft Excel, Pressing Shift+F4 repeats the last find. If a find action has never been performed, this keyboard shortcut does nothing.

Shift+F4 in Microsoft Word

In Microsoft Word, pressing Shift+F4 repeats the last find or go to action. If neither of these actions were performed, this keyboard shortcut does nothing.
