A screw often used with screwless entry computer cases that only requires the users thumb and index finger to loosen or remove the screw. The picture is an example picture of a thumbscrew. As can be seen in the picture, this thumbscrew also has a hex screw. If the screw is too tight to loosen with your fingers, a tool can be used.


There are also Phillips and slotted thumbscrews.
