A voice-over may refer to any of the following:

1. A production technique where an actor who is off camera does the voice for a fictional character in a computer game or movie.

2. Voice-over is also a narration that is played along with a video to convey extra information about the scene.

3. VoiceOver is a screen reader utility created by Apple.
