How to insert accent marks and special characters

If you frequently use characters with accent marks, download AX, a Windows program that lets you type any letter, press the F8 key, and cycle through the accents marks. For example, if you want an 'e' with an accent, type 'e' and press F8 to get 'é', press F8 again to get 'ê', and again to get 'è'.
Tip
This program also works with getting the cents symbol by typing '$' and then pressing F8 to convert it to the '¢' symbol.
