Individually remove page, search, or text in the search bar
Sometimes, users need to delete an individual Internet address, search item or other text from an address bar or another autocomplete field. To perform this action, press Shift+Delete keys on any highlighted item. For example, in the image below I have typed "computerhope" into the address bar and was given several options. Pressing the down arrow key once selects the first address or result; pressing Shift+Delete deletes it.
You cannot delete Google suggestions from the address bar because they are not cached data.
