The Sims 4....Can I run it???

I am a sims FREAK and with the new one coming out some I went to a site to see if I could run it and these are the results I got...

CPU   CPU
Minimum: Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ (2.0 GHz Dual Core required if using integrated graphics)
You Have: AMD E-450 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics

This is the only thing that is preventing me from being able to run the game properly. Any suggestions on what I need to do before I waste money ordering a game that won't work like it should

Some say that AMD can be overclocked. If so, that might help.

... Depending upon how much thermal headroom you do have, you might be able to squeeze a few hundred MHz out of the CPU - the GPU is a major heat producer and I'm not sure I would look to clock it much (if any)  ...
