I have had a problem with blurry browser text for as long as I can remember, but recently I upgraded my video card from AMD Radeon 6800 to a Nvidia GTX 660 and now my text is extremely blurry (almost to the point that it seems as if its moving). I currently do have my monitor set to the appropriate resolution which is 1440x900 (pretty sucky I know). and I have my monitor connected to my graphics card using a DVI to VGA.
Update: Also it is worth mentioning that my text is also blurry when I use programs like notepad I'm not too sure if its the entire monitor or just my browser. I can't tell when I'm gaming because its just very hard to tell
