    Am I able to type and read different language in windows 10 home single language ? ???
    Please I need urgent reply.

    Yes. (With some limits.)

    With the English version you can use other programs that incorporate more languages. The problem is with languages that do not use the Latin alphabet.

    If you wish to write letters, reports and documents in English, German, Spanish and French, you could use a program called "Apache Office".

      It is possible.  The procedure explained at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17424/windows-change-keyboard-layout says it is for Windows 8.1 but I believe the procedure is the same for Windows 10.  Part of the procedure is downloading a language pack.
