My computer have instal photoshop, i am working also good , but i have issue, file format is show in pdf format,

That resone when i open the file i have to do drege that file in photoshop,

Are you trying to open the PSD files with photoshop, but it is opening them in Adobe Acrobat Reader instead?

here formate file are defarence, i want to change , but here don't have a psd formate , how to change my file formate.

Rite clik a PDF...select open with...point it to Acrobat...

Vice - versa do the same for the files you wanna open with Photoshop...
