    Duplicate File Program Recommendation

    I have over 2 million files on my computer. I believe alot of them are due to me upgrading from xp home to vista home. I keep all my media files on my portable drives. Does anyone have a program they recommend to SAFELY delete duplicate files on my computer. I am trying to run a SUPERantispyware scan and it has taken over 4 days now. I need this scan to finish so I can get some help. I think I might have a virus on my computer. My CPU is always running.
