Use the view files/folders option or go into "My Computer" and open the drive if you already haven't.

From there you can drag/drop items to and from the flash drive or use Copy/Paste.

how do I download a program & transfer it to a laptop?

Instead of just clicking a downloader you right click it and choose "Save as". Navigate to your flash drive and save it there. Or download it to the desktop and drag/drop it onto the flash drive.

It gives me 3 choices:   Sandisk Secure Access
Run Club SanDisk exe Bootstop Module
                                                  Run SanDisk Secure Access Win

they all come up blank with no options.

Sounds like that flash drive has some Sandisk-specific software or feature on it.  You might post in http://forums.sandisk.com/

Have you followed evilfantasy's suggestion ?? His instructions are quite correct.

      Leave the 3 choices alone.
      11 cheers for binary !

Sandisk often includes utilities on the disk - sometimes on a separate partition. The utilities are not needed and you have the choice to use them, ignore them, or even to delete the partition on which they exist and / or reformat the drive. I usually take the second choice and ignore them, since they take up very little space and do no harm.

One of my first things to do with a flash drive is to format it (just in case). Be sure to use the Fat 32 option.

Pre-installed software on flash drives is usually either useless or trialware. Either way it can usually be replaced by something better or free at http://portableapps.com or http://www.pendriveapps.com
