    LAN over tablet
    « on: December 13, 2014, 12:32:11 PM »
    Hello,
is it possible to connect two PCs via WiFi and USB using tablet as a router like via ethernet cable? One of the PCs run Windows XP and is connected to the internet by WiFi and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, one runs Windows 7 and is connected to the tablet via USB. The tablet runs Android 4.4.2.
I tried to ping computers' IPs eachother, but in vain. I don't need file sharing but I want to play LAN games via TCP/IP protocol.

Specs of the PC running Windows 7:
    Acer Aspire M1920
    CPU: Intel Pentium E6700
    Video: GeForce 405
    RAM: 2GB Hynix 1333mHz + 2GB Kingston 1333mHz
    HDD: Seagate 7200.12 500GB
    Power: FSP Group ATX-250PA 1PF 250Watt
    DVD: HL-DT GH70N
    Motherboard: G41T-AM
    OS: Win7 64bit

    Specs of the second computer:
OS: Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3
    CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+
    RAM: 2GB 2-channel DDR2 @ 258MHz
    MB: ASRock N68C-GS FX
    GPU: ASUS Nvidia Geforce GT610 1024MB DDR3 405 MHz
HDD: Western Digital 75GB SATA WD800JD-00MSA1
WiFi: Edimax nLite Wireless USB Adapter

    Thanks in advance
