    Local area network doesn't have a valid ip configuration

    Hello computer gurus I seek help of the pc gods
    My problem is stated above
    I tried the following with no success : restarting modem/router, clean install of Windows, disable ipv6 , and much more

    What is the exact error message.?
    What program gives the message?
    Do any other devices work  on the Network?

      I,m currently connected with my phone trough wifi
      The message comes from Windows troubleshooting
      It says "Local area connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration
