how to start an .exe via remote desktop

Somebody has an batch file or other truc to start an exe via remote desktop connection?
For this moment an error message appears saying "program" cannot run during a remote desktop session and will now exit.

What version of Windows?
Are you a user with administrative level?
Whats have you already tried?

Running Windows Server 2012
Admininistrator: yes
Tried just with a simple batch file to start the .exe
