    Lap Top freezes after starup

    Whenever I turn on the laptop, it starts up without a problem but freezes after that. I wait for quite a while and then a window opens up asking for a password for Kaspersky which I close as I did not opt for a PW. Then I get a notification saying that my Malwarebytes Real Time protection has been turned off.

    Is there a conflict the two? Both have been paid for.

    Windows 7ULTIMATE
    Service pack 1
    DELL
    PROCESSOR  i7  2630 QM
    32 Bit

      my laptop will not go to any Web page. I am sending this email via my mobile. I try to work with Internet Explorer and Firefox. Both fail to go to any site.

      Try using Ping command to test your internet connection.  See https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/internet/fiosinternet/networking/troubleshooting/questionsone/122595.htm for a reference.
