Help, I have SpyLocked!

Is there any way to remove this mess without buying anything? I have tried deleting it off my computer but to no avail. Please, someone, help!

What protection do you have, what EXACTLY have you done to try to remove it, etc. Details are important.

Starting your computer in Safe Mode usually lets you delete undeletable files.
