Ddentry 10 could not be located ?......

I bought a new  game for my computer. When I tried to play the game it said I was missing d3d9.dll..I fixed that problem and now I am getting a message saying " The procedure entry point Ddentry 10 could not be located in the dynamic link library Ddrawl.dll. I have the latest version of Direct X. I have plenty of memory because I bought an external hard drive. I am using windows xp , the computer I am using is a hp tablet. the hardrive is toshiba Mk40256AS , I have microsoft windows version 5.1 , service pack 2 ..Any help would be appreciated .

Have you tried reinstalling DirectX?

Go to Start --> Run --> DXDIAG and press Enter.

Go to the Display tab and run the tests.

I tried to go to the link you guys saying but it just only say's PAGE NOT FOUND  ..  any help amigos??
