    Memory cant be read.?????

     Hello everyone this is my first time here on this forum,and I could really use your help. My comp. started going crazy this morning, its basiclly "locked". I cant get on IE, cant run norton 360, and cant run any updates. the following message keeps popping up..

    svchost.exe  application error   " 0x7564d27e" memory could not be read "000000400"

    with only option to click "close"

    please help I ran an avg virus scan but it came up blank?

    Navigate to: C:\Windows\Minidump folder.
    If you see any .dmp files, zip all of them, and attach zipped file to your next reply.

    Using working computer....
    Download HijackThis:
    http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download
    by clicking on Download HijackThis Installer
    Transfer it to bad computer.
    Install, and run it.
    Post HijackTHis log.

          Yes, but it has to be run in Normal Mode.

              I cant run my Noton 360, and AVG scan comes up clean is there another you recomend

              Hi,

              I have practically the same application error

              The instruction at "0x7564d27e" referenced memory at "0x00000060." The memory could not be read.
