Answer:

There are several different software programs that can effectively remove redeye from any picture or image. For this document we're recommend users use Google Picassa, a free software image utility that is capable of removing redeye as well as handling other aspects of images. Below are the steps on how you can remove redeye using this program.

1. If you don't have Google Picassa download it now.
2. Open Picassa and locate the image you wish to have redeye removed from.
3. Double-click the image and under the Basic fixes click the Redeye button.
4. Once this has been clicked drag a box around one eye and then repeat the process for the other eye.
5. Once the redeye has been fixed click the Apply button.
