Issue:What is a Computer Hope request for follow-up.
Answer:Computer Hope may tag a e-mail messages with the request that it
be followed-up on. This request is made to the individuals who have
sent Computer Hope a question that is not currently listed in the
Computer Hope database and we wish to know if the solution suggested
resolves the issue so it can be posted.
We would like for users who receive this request to reply to the
e-mail indicating that the solution has resolved their issue, or if
they have found an alternate solution to the issue that they let us
know about the fix so it can be posted in our database.
By helping Computer Hope know how issues are resolved we will be
able to develop our question and answer section much more efficiently
and allow other users who may have the same issue to find their
answer more easily.
