Affinity Photo
Released on July 9, 2015 by Serif, Affinity Photo is professional image editing software. Primarily, it is intended for raster-based graphics, although it includes limited tools for vector-based text and shapes. Affinity Photo's customizable interface is similar to Photoshop, including a canvas, layers menu, toolbar, and colors menu. Features in Affinity Photo include selection tools, digital paintbrushes, color and lighting adjustments, and more. The program also supports various file formats, including third-party formats, like PSB (Photoshop Big) and PSD (Photoshop document) files.
Affinity Photo is available for purchase on Windows and macOS computers. Instead of a monthly subscription, Affinity Photo is available for a one-time payment of $49.99. An app for iPadOS is also available for mobile photo editing. Affinity Photo is part of the Affinity creative software suite, that includes Affinity Designer and Affinity Publisher.
