Filterkeys

Microsoft Windows 95 and above accessibility feature that allows the computer to ignore brief and repeated keystrokes that may be caused by slow and/or inaccurate finger movements.

To setup filterkeys click Start, Settings, Control Panel, double-click Accessibility Options and within the Keyboard tab check the option to enable filterkeys. Clicking the Settings button will allow you to modify how the filterkeys work.
