Luser

  1. When referring to IRC luser is a command that can be used to display the local and global users connected to the server. To run this command, type /lusers when connected to an IRC server.
  2. Computer slang often used as a derogatory term to describe a user that is annoying or otherwise a loser.
  3. Short for Local User.
