Object-oriented interface

A virtual computer or electronic interface that contains objects representing real life objects. For example, in an object-oriented interface a directory or folder may be a picture of a folder and a file a picture of a piece of paper.

A good example of an Object-oriented interface is a GUI interface operating system such as Microsoft Windows.
