A feature introduced with Windows 7, allows you to watch TV shows when you want for free. When you open Windows Media Center, Internet TV is automatically opened with channels and content that is organized for easy to find access to your favorite shows. Although, some programming may vary in your area, and you may be charged extra for some programming. This feature is not available on Windows 7 Starter edition
