Microsoft Word/Powerpoint email server

I recently typed a document on both Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and wanted to email it to someone.  It said I needed to setup both the email servers which include the Incoming email server type:POP3, IMAP, and HTTP.  Then it drops down and says; INCOMING EMAIL POP3 OR IMAP SERVER.  Then it drops down again and says: OUTGOING EMAIL SERVER (SMTP) NAME.  Then once more it drops down and says OUTGOING SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION.  When I went to the help desk it says I need to find my (ISP) Internet Service Provider.  Can anyone help me figure this out, thanks.

I am trying to send a document that looks professional to a company and I need it to be attached.  That is why I am asking and also so I don't have to keep typing the same thing over again to each customer.

In other words, do you use Windows Mail for your email, or something else?

Who is your service provider ? ?
With a phone call you will have your correct POP3 and SMTP settings...
