    Transfering contacts
    « on: February 13, 2010, 05:28:40 PM »
Trying to transfer email, contacts etc... from XP outlook express on one computer to outlook 2007 on another computer. I copied over the .pst file. All emails are there but contacts did not transfer. Is there something I am missing?

Open Outlook Express. Click File>Export>Address Book . There should be a similar "import" in Outlook 2007.
Note: Make a folder for your export. Don't just export directly to a volume.

Outlook Express does not use .pst files.  So, where did that .pst file you "copied over" come from?

With Outlook Express, contacts = Address Book.  Did you mean the Address Book from Win XP?
