    Hi guys and gals-
I've got another test for you. You solved my first try so fast I figured I'd try you again.........

My friend says that every now and then she'll be browsing and come upon a site or a window of a site when she'll see a "like a circle circleling around and the window won't load no matter how long she waits."

I don't know very much about her setup other than I know she has XP and IE.

    Many thanks in advance
    Dave in Wisconsin

This can be anything from a slow connection on her end and/or on the websites end...
Ask her if it happens on the same site all the time or just random.
If random it's probably her connection.

She has Road Runner so I doubt it's a slow connection. She won't be home until late tomorrow so I can'tt ask her any questions right now.

Thanks for the try Patio. I'll get more info as soon as I can.

      No problem Dave...keep us posted.
PS Roadrunner doesn't neccessarily mean a great connection...have her run some speed tests...

      Also...

      Close IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same thing?
