blue screened in vista

getting blue screened cant run safe or normal mode tech info stop: 0xoooooo7e cant seem to get windows started even with vista recovery disk

What led up to this (new hw, sw, error, driver updates)?

Generally the first step for this error is to update all drivers (video, audio, NIC, etc) and check for a bios flash.

reset bios to default and it is still doig the same vista recovery wont work just ran chkdsk in cmd saying no errors do not know what else to try would just reload but i forgot to put all chrismas vids and pics on to disk!
