    I can't download windows live messenger ={

    I downloaded everything but i deleted windows live messenger,  then i went to download it again it said i already still had it but i coudnt find it ={, and now when i try to download it it wont download ={

    How did you delete it ? ?
    Have you checked Add/Remove Programs ? ?

      I went to all programs and deleted it from there
      and where do u find add/remove programs?

      All you did was delete the icon. Go to Control  Panel - ADD/REMOVE
