TIME AND DATE

EACH TIME I TRY TO CHANGE THE TIME AND DATE IN THE CONTROL PANEL IT COMES BACK AS ERROR OCCURRED BUT WON'T SAY WHERE!


WHAT AM i DOING WRONG?

      He is looking to change the time and date in Windows...and you're posting batch...
      With no info on using command prompt or instructions on how to do so.

      That's where the sigh comes from ...and yes...i'm full aware there are many ways to skin a cat.
