In my mail in office outlook on my last computer running XP I was able to set up replies i.e Signatures.
I have tried to do the same on this new computer running windows 7 and have as far as I know But when I start or reply to an e.mail and try to add signatures and click on the one that I want. I get a message saying "The signature XXXXXXX could not be located The signature may have been removed.
I know they are there. I can see them. Can you help at all.
