System Info cannot open NFO file

After updating Speed fan, I have been getting this message whenever Windows opens up:
System Information
System Information cannot open this NFO file.
It might be corrupted or an unrecognized version.
This has continued, even after uninstalling Speed Fan and cleaning the registry using System Cleaner. How can I stop this window from popping up every time Windows starts?

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit

1) Download Mike Lin's startup control panel and check startup items for the offending process and uncheck it.
2) Stay away from illegal software.
