This program has failed to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect". This is the message I get, even when I go in and make sure to delete every part of the old version first..... I have even tried to install the 9.0 versions instead of the 10.0 version.... can anyone help me with this? Windows Vista is what we are currently running. I'm definitely not an expert and could use some advice. Thanks!
