I don't know what site you THINK you're looking at, but WOT gives the site 5/5 in all categories for giveawayoftheday.com and PPT is rated green too.

Giveawayoftheday gives away good software once in a while. So it's worth it when you find something you like off it. And all the software they give away for free is full version unless they tell you otherwise.

I visit the site every day to see what's up for offer. My visit to download ratio is probably 30:1 though...
