i seem to have lost the controls to adjust the brightness, i have also lost the hot keys function, the F key that alters the brightness up & down, i go to the Toshiba web site, download the software, goes to my desk top, double click, does not do any thing, the odd time, the control panel for the brightness may appear at the bottom, i am confused, worse if i run on battery only, the screen is dim, cannot alter the brightness.
