    Doubled in size?

Did everything go kind of blurry but larger?

Or all the text got bigger?

Or is it just all bigger, and the definition is still the same?

It sounds like the resolution has gone lower for whatever reason, try:

Right-click on Desktop > Personalise > Display Settings

Change the resolution (screen size) to the highest, apply it, and then wait and see.  Either everything should go back to normal (in which case you will have to click OK and tell the PC that your resolution is fine).  Or if it's too high a resolution the screen will go black for a bit and then go back to being large but visible, in which case you should try a lower screen size.

      Yes

      Yes

      Yes

      Yes

When I right click it doesn't give me Personalize or display setting?

      EDIT

I found it. It is Ctrl + to make it bigger and Ctrl - to make it smaller.
