    MY Mozilla Firefox version 3.6 is keep crashing

    hi friends am raja from India and its my 1st ever post in this wonderful forum and my Mozilla Firefox version 3.6 is keep crashing .Is it the problem related to Firefox or is it related to my OS? am currently using xp pro with sp3 . Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Have you tried an earlier version of Firefox (3.5)? There are indeed some issues with 3.6 for some people, though I don't know that crashing is one of them. Also, do other browsers crash (IE, Oprea, Safari)?

      Respected sir , tks for the prompt reply.Yes i did use the older versions and secondly no my ie 8 and chrome working perfectly with out any problems.Am having problems with this new version only. Am a freelancing web and Graphic designer and a developer besides a student. And

      Disable your extensions 1 at a time til you find the culprit...

      If Patio's suggestion doesn't help I suggest uninstalling 3.6 and staying with 3.5
