junk mail in outlook

I'm having a bit of an issue with junk email in outlook.  I've created a list of junk email senders and have been adding it to user's machines, but some of the users on the domain are still getting junk email from senders that are on the list.  any ideas?

    Hi,

    Are you entering the full junk mail senders address or just the domain?

    I've done both, there was a list of addreses I used and I also went through those and deleted the mailbox names so just the domains were showing and i added those to the list as well.  The user CLAIMS that domains on the list are still sending her junk and they're not being filtered, I will have to go in her outlook to see if this is true.
