My 80GB HD turned into less than 40GB!

When I installed the new Western Digital HD, (an 80GB), I click on the properties and it says the HD is a 33GB!!!

    ......how do you have it partitioned and have you D/l all the M/S patches and updates ? ( I believe there is a patch to remedy the HD size )
