    ok im moving house tommorrow my computer is being packed later. i have made an email on 000webhosting on the website ive made  (thebrotherhood.comyr.com) the email is carbs.thebrotherhood.comyr.com i cannot send any emails form it only recieve them because i need to know my isp outgoing mail server.

    I'm sure the email account provided by your hosting service can be set up to work both ways, incoming and outgoing.  You need to contact them.  They have a support forum: http://www.000webhost.com/forum/.  So, use it for this purpose.
