    Office 07 Removeal
    « on: March 28, 2010, 10:08:05 AM »
So I have both coppies of Office 07 installed on my Toshiba M45 laptop.  Thing is that nether of them works which I kind of need for my classes.  I have tried useing uninstall programs an a registry remover tool.  It has XP Home SP 3 as the OS

Your post makes no sense to me. Please start at the beginning and explain your problem.

Where did you get these "coppies"?  Please explain how you got into the situation where you have two installations of Office 07.  Or, in other words, if you had Office 07 installed once, why did you install it again?

One of the coppies is a home trial that I got from the MS site.  The other is a copy of Pro that I installed off of a legal installation disk, thing is that I have been just useing it for trail useage cause I dont really need to have a copy installed except for my one class.  As it turns out though that I need it for my other classes.

Do you see both editions of Office in your Add/Remove Programs panel? What "uninstall programs" did you use? What registry cleaner did you use?

"it" is singular, I believe.  Them would be plural.

Anyway, this may be your solution: How to manually uninstall the 2007 Office system if you cannot uninstall it by using the "Add or Remove Programs" feature

You've heard of Google, right? I got the MS link from Google, not by going to microsoft.com and then doing a search.   ;)

I did, but I suppose what you put in varied from what I have.  I have yet to try it, but I have something to go on know.

                  Still Thanks  ;D
