    long time to get on internet

    I have verizon. After hitting the ion on desktop, it takes up to two minutes to get on the internet. Once on I can go to web sites very quickly. I've talked to other people with verizon and they do not have this problem.
    Any ideas? Thank you

      do you have more than one startpage? this happens to me when i have more then one startpage. it's to much to upload at once. just an idea.

      Whens the last time you re-set your modem/router ? ?
      This can be done by simply unplugging it and waiting 30 seconds before re-connecting...
