I'd rather have 300 good watts than 400 bad ones! My little eco-friendly Shuttle has an AMD Phenom II 945 quad core CPU (The 95 Watt version) and an ATI Radeon HD3450 fanless video card, 4 GB of DDR2, 1x500GB SATA and 1x250 GB PATA and a DVD-RW drive, and it runs very comfortably on its SilentX 300W PSU.

The Sony BWU 200S 4x Blu Ray burner is specced to draw 5V 1.4A max and 12V 1.5A max, which works out at 7 + 18= 25W max. My current Sony Optiarc DVD-RW drive is specced at 5V x 1.5A and 12V x 2.5A which is actually more, 37.5W.
