in GOM Player preferance under Playback tab I set  the  Left Key and Right key on the keyboard to move the video you see one Frame a SEC.

But it seems to move the frames one  sec  but more then just one frame.

How do I get this to just move one frame at a time in GOM  do I have to set the speed???

You set the Left and Right keys to move back or forward one second? There's your problem.

The buttons aren't psychic. They do what you set them to do, not what you want them to do. (unless your smart enough to set then to do what you want them to do)
