You can't.

Google is a search engine which indexes all the images it finds on the Internet. You cannot upload individual images it.
On the other hand, you can upload your images to Google Picasa - http://picasaweb.google.com/

Why have you put your computer knowledge as experienced if you don't know how to upload a picture onto the internet and you don't know that google is only a search engine.
