Bit Torrent client
« on: July 11, 2005, 03:27:43 PM »
For those of you who use Bit Torrent, what client do you use and why?

I currently use Bit Tornado which is favoured by me because of its stability and simplicity, however, I am looking for a downloader that can offer me more functions.

There is a stable version available as well. Why do you ask?

Well, I might be interested in downloading, but I don't download anything without having done some research first... However, if I download, I would be going with a finalized version.

Not quite related to the topic at hand. However, we have so far been able to establish that:

1. You do not like freeware
2. You only like finalized software.

I assume that you do not use Windows, do not use a virus scanner and do not use any software at all unless all bugs have been fixed and no updates whatsoever released?

Actually, it's the freeware that is still BETA that scares me... I see your point with Windows lol  ;)  But Windows is more professional software... We are not lab rats when we pay for software... But with BETA freeware, we are the lab rats... We have to find the bugs... That means security issues and runtime errors... Not as much fun as the nearly flawless finalized software...
