Yes, go to places and choose the partition you want to access.  Don't run any programs through it though.

ou can't run two sytems simultaneouly on the exact ame hardware.
If you want to test it out.
Download a live cd image and open it with qemu.
Open another terminal and access the image again with qemu.

That will break the vm.
And you will break your system.
You can copy what you need to the active drive.

Yeah, why not? I quite often run documents and wine programs from my XP partition.

It should have one saying something like 100GB Media or the name of your XP partition, does it not?

SO your saying i can copy items from my xp partition because eventually i want to wipe out xp. I want to be able to play games on linyx like GTA SA, GTA VC, n4s hot persuit 2, crusader, 18 wheels of steel and i can keep on going but when i copied one game to the linyx drive and clicked the exe file and error came up.

Those are programs that are already installed under WINE, and documents.  If the program isn't installed under WINE you will damage the Windows installation.

Here http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,103325.0.html, in my last post I explained to you how to run GTA SA & GTA VC. I am a Wine user an Admin.

Wine can run some Windows games well on Linux but not all.
GTA SA, GTA VC, n4s hot persuit 2 all work on Linux although some might need patches. 18 wheels of steel may work depending on which one, and I have no idea about crusader.

If you want to know if a program works in Wine, check the database: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&sTitle=Browse%20Applications&sOrderBy=appName&bAscending=true.
If your program get Platinum or Gold then your game should work well. If it gets silver it'll work with some bugs. And if it gets Bronze or garbage don't even try it.
