    Yellow Question Marks!!!!!

    I have a gateway that I reinstalled Winxp, all the drivers have yellow marks, and the serial number on the back was eaten by my grandson(Bless Him Heart:() Gateway wants to charge me for this info, so can someone please help???

      first let me say thank you for replying, its a gateway lap???and because my grand eat the ser.nums, I can find any sight that will let me down the drivers for ethernet, sound, or anything. The drivers will have to be downloaded 2 a cd disk, it can get on line with the lap. Any ideas??? and by the way my name is Syid(sy-eed). ty.
